Unstuck In Time, hosted by Margot Adler, ran on WBAI in the 1970s. Adler was deeply interested in the occult and was a leader in Pagan Community. She brought this interest to the airwaves hosting shows that explored various elements of spirituality, wiccan culture and the mystical. The show's format included segments presented by Adler, with time for listeners to call in. In the episode Magic Adler dissects the definitions of "occult" and "magic" and how they are understood by different segments of society. She explores the way these words are defined, how they reflect social conditioning and shape the conversation around spiritual practice and occult study.
