The Lesbian Radio Show was a WBAI program hosted and produced by Rose Jordan and Eileen Kane. The show explored “issues, interviews, and news of interest to the lesbian community.” In this interview she discusses political organizations, feminist groups and the schism that existed between two generations of lesbian women.

Rose Jordan was an organizer and member of women’s political organizations, including the New York chapter of the Daughters of Bilitis. Jordan was a regular host of The Lesbian Radio Show on WBAI, and also contributed to other programs, including Velvet Sledgehammer and The Real Live Lesbian Show along with Kane.
