Lesbian Herstory Archives AudioVisual Collections
Welcome to the Lesbian Herstories Archives Audio/Visual Collections, curated, digitized, and cataloged by Pratt Institute's School of Information.

The LHA was founded in the early 1970s to gather and preserve records of Lesbian lives and activities. These collections represent a powerful record of decades of activism, art, and Lesbian culture. The LHA began their partnership with Pratt Institute in 2010 in an effort to provide Library and Information Science graduate students a hands-on opportunity to digitize, catalog, and curate online audio-visual archival collections and provide access to the LHA's vast amounts of archival material.

This website contains the results of these collaborative digitized exhibitions and showcases Pratt Institute's student work through the Special Projects in Digital Archives class and their Lesbian Herstory Archive Fellowship program.
